Charlotte Ann Brown

Charlotte Ann Brown (Kirby), 76, of Trenton, GA passed away on September 5, 2024. She was born on June 22, 1948, to the late RM and Carolyn Kirby. She was a woman whose life was defined by her unwavering faith, her commitment to her family, and her dedication to her work. Upon retiring from Shaw Industries, Charlotte was known for her strong work ethic and her respectful demeanor, both of which left a lasting impression on her colleagues and friends. She was a member of the Trenton Ministry Center. Charlotte practiced her faith with fervor and was a model of Christian virtue. She believed in the power of prayer, the strength of fellowship, and the importance of services to others. Charlotte’s love for her family was the centerpiece of her life. Her happiness moments were those spent surrounded by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, whose lives she touched with her kindness and wisdom. She is lovingly remembered by her husband of 56 years, Ed Brown; her children, Synthia Conner and Eddie (Carrie) Brown; her grandchildren, Olivia (Cody) McNabb, Austin (Kanay) Conner, Kaylan (Tyce) Beauden, and Dallas Brown; and great-grandchildren, Emory, Denver, Kamri, and Krue. She also leaves behind her sisters, Barbara Cuzzort, Trish Stevens, Beatrice (Eddie) Plemons; sister-in-law, Mary (Brock) Connell; and several nieces and nephews: Jeff Stevens, Jenny (Richard) Vincent, Denise (Paul) Boyd, Brad Stevens, Jonathan Stevens, Matthew Cuzzort, Cheryl (Benji) Cooper, Eva Black, Beverly Salmeron and several other nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, James and Junior Kirby, in-laws, Denver and Ovella Brown and nephews Chad Gifford, Jason Cuzzort, James (Bobo) Stevens, and Greg Stevens, nieces Cindy Yancy, Beth Cuzzort, and Shana Stevens. Arrangements for Charlotte’s services are entrusted to Ryan’s Funeral Home, Trenton, GA. Her life will be honored in a ceremony that reflects the traditions and values she held dear. Charlotte’s legacy will endure through the love and memories she left behind. The celebration of life will be Sunday September 8, 2024 from 1-4:30 pm and a service to follow.
