Michael L. Debter, age 61, of Trenton, GA passed away Sunday October 16, 2016. Mr. Debter owned and operated Debter Masonry, laying brick and block and also running the business for many years. He also enjoyed coaching his children in youth baseball. Mr. Debter is preceded in death by his parents Carthel and Ruth Buckles Debter. Surviving include his children Tina (Jeff) Clevenger of Knoxville, TN; Tony Debter of Trenton, GA; Josh Debter of Lookout Valley, TN; Chase (Jessica) Debter of Rock Springs, GA; Justin Debter of Trenton, GA; 7 grandchildren C.J. Clevenger, Alex Clevenger, Katie Clevenger, Ethan Debter, Caleb Debter, Alyssa Debter, Ashlynne Debter; 1 great-granddaughter Naomia Parker; brothers David (Joyce) Debter, Frank (Ellen) Debter and Eric Debter; also several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 PM on Wednesday October 19, 2016 in the chapel of Ryan Funeral Home with Rev. Doyle Chamblee officiating. Family will receive friends from 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM on Wednesday at the Ryan Funeral Home in Trenton, GA.
